Audio Switcher 1.3.1 Audio Switcher is a MacOS X utility that allows you to quickly switch your audio input/output between different components. It's designed to work with a device such as Griffin Technology's Powermate. Audio Switcher sits in the Status Bar, making it conveniently accessible from any application. Place it in your Login Items and it will be available whenever you login. MacOS 10.4+ required Download Audio Switcher v1.3.1 (418kb .dmg) *As of Mac OS 10.6, Apple has finally done what they should have done a long time ago. You can now switch your audio sources by holding down the option key while clicking on the the speaker icon in the menu bar. If you don't have the speaker icon in the menu bar, you can go to: System Preferences->Sound. Check the box "Show volume in menu bar". I'll continue to update Audio Switcher to bring some much needed functionality, such as auto switching to user defined default devices. So stay tuned. I'm pleased they actually did this. I should never have had to create a program like Audio Switcher in the first place.

Weather Vane 2.1.9 Weather Vane is a MacOS X utility that retrieves your local weather forecast and displays it in the menu bar. Place it in your Login Items, and it will launch when you log in. An icon describing the current weather conditions is displayed in the menu bar along with the current temperature. The tooltip displays more detail on current conditions is your area. Weather Vane will fetch your forecast in intervals that you decide (15min.- 6hrs). Mount Manager 1.0.2 Mount Manager is probably a bit obsolete now. The ability to mount remote volumes has now been neatly incorporated into recent upgrades of MacOS X. Its still available for those who want to try it out, or for those using 10.2 or 10.3, but I won't update it or actively support it anymore. You can check the FAQ page if you have any problems using it. Mount Manager is a MacOS X utility which allows you to mount network shares with a single click of a mouse. Shares can be set to mount when Mount Manager launches, and with Mount Manager as a startup item, you can have your favorite shares mount when you log in.
